I averaged .6mph under my target. That was disappointing but I had my first crash, causing the first bruise of the season. Stupid me going too slow over ice without having the foresight to unclip from the pedals before hand. It was nice and muddy, cold and wet. It was nice to get out on the Mt Bike again but after the dumping of snow we got Sunday it might be awhile before we can get out again. The trail was in excellent condition.
